• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• By court order or direction of a law enforcement agency.
• The user themselves requests self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your 5rr5 account yourself, please contact our support team. Before the account is closed, any unspent valid funds (excluding active bonuses) will be returned in accordance with applicable rules.
